The Problem
This existing commercial office building in the US required repairs and make good to below grade (below ground) foundations and footings. Water ingress and dampness was affecting the structure of the building.
The Solution
Excavations were undertaken to access and expose below grade areas, sufaces cleaned and prepped, then Wetsuit applied. No structural replacement work was required.
The Result
The WetSuit® System was used from below grade ICF and CMU, to external ICF walls, as well as around services penetrations, to provide a seamless system. No leaks, no water ingress.
